CIC-2018-01. Application of Harbin Way Corporation for a change in zoning conditions associated with case number LRZ-02-07 approved via Resolution #253-07 for property located at 732 Harbins Rd., District 6 Land Lot 161, Parcel 012 containing 1.37 acres. Applicant is requesting removal of Condition #1, to allow a Coin Laundry Establishment.
