RZ-2025-01

Application by Mohammed Awad, obo Sur Consulting, to rezone two parcels with no mailing address and 4541, 4535 Arcado Rd, also recorded as District 6, Land Lot 123, Parcels 033, 015, 162, and 014. Applicant seeks the rezoning of approximately 9.44 +/- acres from R-1 Low Density Residential to MU Mixed Use for the development of 104 residential condos, and 24,000 +/- square feet of commercial development.
