Applicant, RangeWater Real Estate, is requesting Special Use Permit for the development of a 267-unit Luxury Multi-Family community on 5.37+/- acres comprised of parcels R6135 031(part), 205, 222, 243, and 034 (part) along Railroad Avenue. The lots are all zoned CB and are within the Old Town Overlay District in Old Town Lilburn.

Text Amendment to Lilburn Zoning Ordinance

Text amendments to Appendix A, Article 6 Section 603 Supplemental Conditions Table to add conditions associated with Vehicle Storage Lots, to amend zoning permissions for Banquet and Event Halls and Article 7 – Section 733, to add conditions associated with Vehicle Storage uses.
