Text Amendment to Lilburn Zoning Ordinance

Text amendments to Articles 2, 3, 4, and 5 are proposed to remove outdated information, update section references, and to provide for minor amendments to text for consistency. Amendments to Articles 6 and 7 provide for the reclassification of Conditional Uses to either Special Use Permits or Administrative Conditional Approval required, to add conditions associated with certain uses, and to clarify references and language therein. Amendments to Article 10 are intended to ensure compliance with new state law regarding quasi-judicial decisions amending the requirements related to public notice, procedure for hearings, and appeals for zoning changes. Amendments to Article 14 are intended to add, clarify, and remove definitions.
