Public Hearing Item No. 2 Text and Map Admendments - Approval of Ordinance No. 2022-596, an Ordinance amending the text of the Lilburn City Code, and the Official Zoning Map to reflect the name change of an Overlay District from Town Center to Old Town.

Public Hearing Item No. 3 - Approval of Ordinance No. 2022-594, an ordinance by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lilburn, Georgia, related to the City's millage rate capacity to cover general operating expenses; relating to the value of the City's homestead exemption; to provide for severability; to provide an effect date; to repeal all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; and for other purposes.

Agenda Item No. 1 - Lease Purchase Agreement - Motion to approve a 20-year lease purchase agreement between the City of Lilburn and Appalachian Broadband Technologies, LLC, dba NGN Fiber, for the installation and maintenance of dark fiber to serve city facilities in the amount of $1,276,828.80.
