Citywide development update presentation by Planning Director Joellen Wilson

Public Hearing Item No. 1 - Approval of Ordinance No. 2022-595, an Ordinance rezoning 3.44 acres on Young Street (4892-4952 Young Street) from R1 to R2 with an SUP for attached townhomes.

Public Hearing Item No. 2 - Approval of Ordinance No. 2022-596, an Ordinance amending the text of the Lilburn Zoning Ordinance and map amendments to the City of Lilburn Official Zoning Map.

Public Hearing Item No. 3 - Approval of Ordinance No. 2022-594, an Ordinance by the Mayor and City Council related the City's millage rate capacity to cover general operating expenses; relating to the value of the City's homestead exemption; and for other purposes.

Agenda Item No. 1 - Approval of a 20-year lease purchase agreement between the City of Lilburn and Appalachian Broadband Technologies, LLC, DBA NGN Fiber, for the installation and maintenance of dark fiber to serve city facilities in the amount of $1,276,828.80.
