[ARCHIVED] Greenway to be dedicated as wildlife habitat

Join the City of Lilburn on Saturday, Feb. 22, for the dedication of the Camp Creek Greenway Trail as a National Wildlife Federation® Certified Wildlife Habitat®. The dedication, which takes place at 10 a.m. at the Greenway entrance on Main Street, is part of the City's Arbor Day activities.

A Certified Wildlife Habitat® means that "This property provides the four basic habitat elements needed for wildlife to thrive: food, water, cover, and places to raise young."

Bring your gardening gloves! Immediately following the dedication, the Ladybugs Garden Club would like to invite everyone to join them for trail maintenance.

The City of Lilburn would like to thank the GFWC Lilburn Woman’s Club Conservation Program for its part in obtaining this wonderful certification for the Camp Creek Greenway Trail.
