Emergency Orders in Place

Lilburn City Council approved a motion to ratify City of Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-01. The order temporarily closed or modified certain businesses and mandated social distancing within the city limits from 1:00 p.m. on March 25, 2020 until April 6, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Vote: 3-0

Council also voted to approve City of Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-02. This order expands on the mandates imposed by Order No. 2020-01, directing residents to stay at their place of residence, non-essential businesses to close, and travel to be restricted to the conduct of essential activities only. For definitions and exemptions, please read Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-02 in the attached agenda packet. Order No. 2020-02 continues until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020. Vote: 3-0
