Resolution No. 2021-08 was approved by Council,  

The Lilburn City Council approved Resolution No. 2021-08, designating the Finance Director’s position as Tax Collector for the City of Lilburn, and authorize at Tax Collector’s discretion to write-off up to $5.00 and change the application of partial payments to equal distribution among all property tax related debts. Vote: 4-0.

City of Lilburn Municipal Election, Early Voting to begin

The Lilburn Municipal Election early in-person voting is set to begin on Tuesday, October 12 at Lilburn City Hall, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Early voting will also include Saturday, October 16 and 23.  The last day to vote in the early voting in-person will be Friday, October 29.  Election Day will be on November 2, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Other Business and Upcoming Events  

  • City of Lilburn will have their last Food Truck Tuesday on October 12, from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • City Hall - Library will be closed for Veterans Day on November 11, 2021.
  • James Hampton was sworn in as a Zoning Board of Appeals member by Mayor Dunn.
