Approval of Text Amendments to Article 7 and 12 of the Lilburn Zoning Ordinance 

The City of Lilburn City Council approved the Ordinance No. 2022-585, an ordinance to amending text amendments text amendments to Article 7, Section 721 - Mobile Food Vending, Section 731 - Temporary Uses, and Article 12, Section 1204, Temporary Use Permits to address duration, frequency, and extent of each type of Temporary Use Permit, to allow limited mobile food vending, provide consistency between code sections and consider input from business owners to final staff recommendations. Motion passed with a 4-0 vote.

Approval to ratify contract award with Amo Construction, LLC.

The City of Lilburn City Council approved the ratification of contract with Amo Construction in the amount of $53,000.00 for splashpad improvements.

Both motion passed with a 4-0 vote.
