QUALIFICATIONS:
The minimum requirements the bidder must have:
A. Maintain a permanent place of business.
B. Have the appropriate technical experience, working knowledge and proper equipment to perform the work. Bidders may be required to submit evidence setting forth qualifications, which entitle him to consideration as a responsible Contractor.
C. Have done and to show proof, including references, of no less than THREE Milling & Resurfacing Contracts of similar character to the work being bid for a public agency in the State of Georgia, each with an original contract price of no less than $50,000.00 within the past five years.
D. Status as a State D.O.T. certified contractor, though not mandatory, is one of the factors to be considered in determining qualification for this bid.
