Lilburn Community Partnership presents the second annual Small Town. Big World: Lilburn International Festival.
Come and be a part of "Small Town, Big World: Lilburn International Festival,” an event celebrating the cultural diversity of the greater Lilburn community. This event is presented by Lilburn Community Partnership and co-sponsored by the City of Lilburn.
This event offers free entertainment, music, exhibits, and demonstrations representative of cultural heritage from around the world. Samples of world cuisines will be available for purchase.
The morning will begin with Opening Ceremonies featuring the Parkview High School Marine ROTC cadets and the Berkmar Patriot Drumline leading the Parade of International Flags presented by First Baptist Church in Lilburn.
Entertainment will be provided by local and regional groups: O’Sullivan Irish Dancers, Forefront Arts Children’s Theatre, Romanian Dancers, Lilburn Middle School Orchestra, Sweetwater Middle School Chorus, Bollywood and Bhangra Indian dancing, the Korean Gayageum stringed instrument and more!
Attendees will enjoy demonstrations and exhibits, make-it take-it activities, games, and a children’s play area with inflatables.
Shuttles will pick-up from First Baptist Lilburn at Hwy 29.
