Last night, the City Council, by 4-0 votes, approved:
- Ordinance No. 2024-625, which placed all code enforcement related matters under the Lilburn Police Department
- Ordinance No. 2023-07, a revised development agreement with The Preserve, which removed the requirements for all live work units in Phase 2 of the property.
