LEGAL AD -NOTICE OF INTENT TO INTRODUCE LOCAL LEGISLATION
The Mayor and Council are confident that this local legislation will alleviate resident's concerns of unregulated growth in city property tax due to astronomical increases in assessments while maintaining local control and the flexibility to meet demands, provide services, and balance the city's budget.
